Une autre société canadienne est tombée cette semaine dans les mains d’une multinationale étrangère. En échange de 8,3 milliards canadiens, Sinopec achète Addax Petroleum, de Calgary, qui exploite entre autres des propriétés au Nigeria et en Irak. Une compagnie chinoise n’avait jamais autant déboursé pour acquérir une compagnie étrangère. |

Chinese espionage, cyber terrorism, and propaganda were the subjects of a hearing April 30 on Capitol Hill.
